Hofer Family Wines was officially established in the year 2017. Owner and winemaker Marcus Hofer together with Assistant Winemaker David Sinclair has been producing high quality, small batch wines for more than 5 years. These unique wines are created using a combination of both the old world and the new winemaking techniques. The team also ensures minimal handling and using mild oak for producing these interesting and satisfying varietals and blends.
